Outdoor Workouts:

Run Workouts – Tuesday’s at 6:15 am . We usually meet at somewhere between 72nd St. Transverse and the resevoir. Meeting places will be email to attendees.
Since Moving to Charleston, SC I have teamed up with Coach Joe Bachana for these run workouts. I will be coaching them when I come into town each month. Look forward to seeing you there.

  New York City
